B&M and RB20DET Compatability

i was wondering if anyone here knows whether the B&M short-shifter for the 240sx (initially intended to go into my s14) would be compatible with an RB20DET transmission. i looked this up on the B&M Racing website, and the statement:

seems kind of vague as to whether the “non-turbo” refers to all of the stated models, or just with respect to the R33…

if anyone could shed some light on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Doesn’t the RB20 fall into the category of : Skyline R31, R32, R33 w/ RB20 non-turbo ? :dunno:

What other FWD vehicles are equipped with RB20?

ok, thank you. the wording on b&m’s site was weird. i also looked up the installation manual and read the compatability list, cleared it up a little.

its a confusing subject for most lol… it doesn’t fit a det, only de’s… this is how u fit it to a det tho…

no problem, oh also the only rb20 in the r33 was single cam non turbo lol so i dunno why anyone would ever buy a short shifter for it lol building na de’s is rare enough as it is so i dunno why they bother advertising it fit rb20’s wehn it only fits the ones nobody here would buy
