B16 Syncros!!!!!

I have a problem with the sycron on my hatch.I try to get it on reverse but is really hard to get it in.Then if i get it in is even harder to get it out.Im goin to change the tranny fluid soon and if that doesnt help i have to drop the tranny to put syncros.I wanted know where i can find oem or carbon fiber syncros for a B16?Thanx

I went through my y21 ctr tranny with oem honda syncro’s. I tried looking for fancy ones, but never found any.
