Yep, those are two sets of forks welded (or glued) together.
wow, I bet he just super glue the back end and call it a day…:rofl
It’s a close call, but i think my personal favorite about that build is the amount of travel on the front forks.
I think it’s safe to assume he dug it out of a landfill.
