On my way to work this morning I noticed a bunch of cars at house around the corner with about 10 kids standing around outside. Now I wonder if it’s related to this.
Doesn’t Strickler have a stop sign there? I’m pretty sure county rd does not. If so sounds like the car with all the teenagers in it blew through it?

Comments on wgrz from someone saying they knew the kids are stating the kid driving was drunk. Obviously not fact since it’s just a blog post but wouldn’t surprise me.

Know the 19 year old in the sedan who was killed.
If it turns out they were driving drunk, drugged, or just recklessly, I would absolutely not be surprised, whatsoever… hate to say it but the kid was a giant deeb.

They released the names, nobody I know, and my niece wasn’t close to any either (she’s 19, went to east)
Killed in the crash were; 16-year-old Meghan Schnorr, 16-year-old Amanda Slisz, 18-year-old Victor Shapiro and 19-year-old Mark Brown.
Were they wearing seatbelts? Find it slightly odd all 4 in the one car died, but both people in the other car are ok (relatively speaking).
Edit: nevermind, more details were listed on Buffalo News. This all makes sense now.

So a Sentra (prolly an SE-R?) Hitting an Odyssey. May as well be throwing an egg against a rock. 2 were belted and still died. Such a shame man, the news also says alcohol was not involved. Seems like the kid made a minor mistake (speeding, ran the sign, we’ve all done similar stuff)
Very true, luckily most of us have the chance of learning from those mistakes (including myself) before anything serious happens.
