I bought a used Verizon moto Z off the facebook marketplace. Turns out the phone is paid for but she owes Verizon close to a grand. So the phone I bought is on the lost / stolen list due to non payment. I have spent hours on the phone with verzion and been to the store.
The lady refuses to refund me my money saying she doesn’t have it. Is this phone just a paperweight now or is there something i can do with it to make it useable?
