Balanced motors rule

Just fired up a motor built for a customer. Balanced 355 chevy. Ported stock heads, torker intake, road demon, nos sniper plate. That thing rattles the car less with solid mounts than the last one we built, externaly balanced sbc. Although it has a smaller cam that sob is nice.

Oh by the way, its going in a 76 nova

post some pics

pics soon

novas are sweet…but they start to get ugly after 72…but still post pics…

nice,us to race my buddy’s 77!

balanced motors = teh win

Sorry still no pics yet, but I did tidy up the engine bay today. And installed a new center link, guages, and shifter. Tomarrow shocks, springs, and exhaust.

i seen that motor. kinda pretty looking when on stand. car kinda rough…how that T5 turn out

Thanks. under hood looks nice. I wire wheeled it all down and painted it. I’m going to be putting lower quarters on it soon too.

The t-5 pops out of first gear, and grinds like a bitch going into third. Rebuild kit should be coming in soon. I’m not shure why its poping out of first, It kinda feels like a shifter problem, but the third gear syncro isn’t doing its job. At least the bitch comes out in .5 and hour.

No hard feelins tho. didn’t expect much from a 50 tranny
