Normal guys really.
I don’t have a boner for music like some people do and honestly don’t listen to their stuff, so the experience was kinda ‘meh’ to me.

I forgot, I hung out with John B a couple times because he’s friends of a friend. He’s one strange dude. I kind of expected it though, just look at the guy.

I had a 30 minute conversation with Tom Morello at Eides Music in downtown Pittsburgh about 10 years ago, when Rage was still prevalent. Absolutely amazing guy - he was in there, wandering around, perusing music by himself. (Buddy of mine worked there and called me - “hey man, you too busy to meet a rockstar?” ) I just showed up with a roomie and shot the shit with him. Music, politics, and local food. Got my Evil Empire shirt signed, it’s framed now.
Best friend from my old hood is the producer for The Dropkick Murphys. I was on their tourbus with them when they were in Cleveland this summer.

semi-unrelated and sort of stalker-ish information, but i’ve seen the addresses of several buffalo bills/sabres. you just notice when you see certain names when you’re sorting mail in nicer parts of the city or around like the williamsville/clarence area.
Dragonforce, Daath, and Cynic. met them all at their show last year at town ballroom. The guys from dragonforce are sorta dicks. The Daath guys are cool. Cynic… the singer was sorta weird
The bass player from cannibal corpse (alex webster) used to live 4 houses down from me.
Vanilla Ice was at a bar my buddy manages so I talked with him for a few minutes the week before he beat up his wife.
I ran into Flava Flav in Walmart and went up and talked with him for 4-5 minutes. Surprisingly nice guy.
