just use glyco in a pinch. You should be degreasing and cleaning weld joints regardless.
I know you want some locally but if you order from MSC Direct you should get it next day even with ground shipping, my work orders coolant for all our cnc machines from them.
Fastenal or any industrial supply place.
Use r.v antifreeze , less glycol in it so less cleanup and its cheap
