well when you decide the day of a flight to nyc is like 400 round trip.
It only takes 6 hours to get there
supplements with ephedra & caffeine used to be great for this, then the government had to go and ban them. I stocked up but its less effective as it gets older

they come in 25mg, and C comes in 200mg. 1 of each… its not rocket surgery 
and the A doesnt do a damn thing for you unless you are like 500lbs
