I didnt read anything past the first post but I am saying this right now. I put together that entire K04-022 turbo kit piece by piece. It ran flawlessly on my jetta prior to the transmission breaking. Stockcarboy, YettiVR, have ridden in it/ran against me. First off why do you think you need more fueling? Show me your AFR’s, duty cycle, timing pull, what plugs are you running, what gap, how much boost, iat’s…
The kit most definatly has TT225 HP 380cc injectors in it. Take the part number off them and look them up. I ran the car as follows: APR93 Oct. Stock turbo SW, STOCK 3bar, said 380cc injectors, FMIC, +1.5 deg tiiming, +115 main fuel increase, 24lbs of boost. Solid high 12 to low 13 afr, less than 80% duty cycle, and no more than 3-6 deg of timing pull. I will send you logs upon request. BETTER YET SEARCH ME OUT ON VORTEX AND LOOK AT MY POSTS, THEY ARE ALL THERE.
Prior to my trans breaking, it never leaked any oil, coolant or had any blow by or smokey exhaust. All fins were intact when I haded it over too Bobby in the parking lot of jumpin jacks.
First mistake is bringing anything to Broadway auto… period. I talked to them one before and they told me I had no idea what I was doing, and told me I need this and that for my car… they dont know shit and other people here can vouch for that.

3-6* of pull is kind of alot. and high 12, low 13 aFR on a turbo car is not ideal at all. low 12s would be much safer.
yeh that is a really bad aFR, i wouldnt feel safe out of a 11.6-12.0 aFR
on Q16 or something you could lean it out a bit more, but on 93 octane 13s on a turbo car is asking for holy pistons

You need to chill the fuck out. Unless laduke changed the injectors out one night prior to selling you the car… you my friend need to look closer at what your friend has, needs and wants.
Did you take an injector out, and what was the part number?
Also, you said your bringing it to broadway to get it “tuned”??? Unless your flashing it with GIAC, or some UNI small injector SW, the APR junk they sell isnt going to do you a lick of good. Reason being, it already has APR 93 stock turbo sw on it for one. Second, APR wont sell you their K04-01 SW (which isnt enough for the turbo anyway) if you dont buy thie k04 kit. And same with the APR Big turbo sw (too much for the turbo) for the same reason. I tried when I put it together.
Now if Broadway has half a brain, a vag cable and vag com & APR V-Tune (btw that ecu doesnt have vtune enabled on it do you need to get that from apr) or lemmiwinks. They need to log data and… you know what fuck it. why am I going into detail on what they need to do, if you trust them with a PC and your friends car so be it.
bottom line. Those injectors were in that car, the night I helped bobby fix the oil leak and find out the turbo wasnt spooling… for what ever reason that was nobody is clear on.
there isnt alot of anything… if it is in the range of what the ecu can pull it is fine. I never said it was ideal, but it isnt bad or to the point that the car will have problems. yes low 12’s FTW

Him changing out the injectors wouldn’t suprise me at all considering that none of the clips on the fuel rail where attached. hence leading to fuel spraying all over the engine.
APW will sell their k-04 sw at a discounted price to those who already have APR SW.
