Best restaurants in Mississauga

Hey guys,

i have to set up a corporate lunch somewhere upscale and intimate in the Mississauga area a few weeks from now.

what are some of the better restaurants in the area???

No franchises or anything asian or indian unless they have nice linens and $500 bottles of wine.

Will Ruth Chris / Chris Ruth steak house do?

come on guys…

i’ve been to Rogues and Rosewood before, both very excellent.

Cannot go to Ruth Chris because of the location at SQ1, its for an insurance company and that location is in the building of a competitive insurer.

if your willing to travel to brampton there is some amazing Italian restaurants here, appointment only tho

Bing you’ve asked in the WRONG place my friend

Sorry for the useless post, I don’t know of much in Mississauga I’m willing to recommend.

whoops, didn’t see the not asian part lol

Baton Rouge? ^^^^ ??? The chain???

I dunno about missisauga, but my mom always goes to down town toronto to listen to huge pharmicutical companies pitch there drugs to her, and shes always on like the top floors of the big bank buildings downtown. That probably doesnt help though…

As for Mississauga I’m not too shure of any realy nice restaurants for a corporate meeting. There a much wider selection in Toronto.

Some of my favorites for corporate lunch in Toronto

The Rosewater http://www.libertygroup.com/rosewater/rosewater.html
Nami http://www.namirestaurant.ca/
Canoe
Bymark http://www.bymark.ca/

If Toronto is too far go to Oliver & Bonacinis the new one in Oakville (QEW and Trafalgar), that’s not too far from Mississauga! You won’t have to fight through traffic and all.

If you want fine italian dining try Via Allegro. It’s right across the street from Sherway Gardens. I took my g/f there last NYE. Really upscale and the food was awsome. Great wine selection too. Search google I bet there are reviews somewhere. I always get the pasta because it’s homemade and tastes amazing.
