Was not a great day for Rittenhouse.
The prosecuter managed to get some shitty enhanced picture of a single frame into evidence that allegedly.looks like he raised his rifle at Rosenbaum before he was chased.
That was the basis for some shitty lesser charge thT the judge also accepted. That means they are going to harp on for a full hour that mirrors MSM saying Rittenhouse was the aggressor.
His lawyers dropped the ball and there is a decent chance that he gets at least some jail time.
They literally sat the judge on top of a 4k TV and he watched the video over and over.
He even said “I can’t see anything”
But enlarging a person thats 30 pixels tall by zooming in, there’s an unintelligible blob and no experts can say what it is.

So this is kind of comical to me. I thought CNN was a Left/Democrat bias new organization. It’s funny to me to see all the Democrats losing their minds on CNN putting a negative piece out about Kamala Harris. We have no way of knowing for sure what Blake said, but we know there was no gun. And we don’t yet know if the knife police later found in the SUV was there throughout the confrontation or held by Blake at some point. But Blake was not “brandishing” anything in the video taken by bystanders. Due to the lack of evidence establishing these claims at this point, we rate this claim FALSE.
“I realized I had dropped my knife, had a little pocket knife. So I picked it up after I got off of him because they tased me and I fell on top of him,” Blake explained to ABC’s Michael Strahan in an interview that aired on ABC’s Good Morning America (GMA).
“I shouldn’t have picked it up, only considering what was going on,” he continued. “At that time, I wasn’t thinking clearly.” In early January, Kenosha County district attorney Michael Graveley said that he would not file charges against the officer who shot Blake seven times, because the he was acting in self-defense against an armed assailant. Should be an interesting day.
I’m betting hung jury. There is no way all 12 will agree.
Acquittal gets you a riot.
Guilty gets an actual peaceful protest and follow up riots at appeals.
Hung jury means no jurors homes get burned down. Probably.

Hoping the deliberations are going something like this:
“Ok, so we all agree this kid is 100% not guilty. Now lets deliberate about how long we have to wait back here to make it look like we spent the proper amount of time deliberating”

This kid is just trying to get money now.
I have the belief that people that can actually think for themselves and/or have a decent education do not make it on Juries.
I 100% agree with your statement. I just have little faith in all 12 will be capable.
I did see somewhere last night where msnbc or some shit station was all about the fact that the trial is racist and there is only one black juror. (probably on tucker)
That should not really matter, but based on society today, I can’t say that it won’t.
