On a serious note, I’m pretty sure 1st responder fire dept types have equipment for getting obese people to hospitals.
Just witnessed this the other day. My neighbor died and was too large for the FD to get her down the stairs.
So out came the chainsaws and ladder truck. They took down any tree in the way of the boom. Extracted her from the 2nd floor window. They were so matter of fact about it you’d have thought they were moving a refrigerator.

That must have been something to see. If they were volunteer, I bet they would have made the stairs work instead of cutting up a house.
Life goal… don’t get so fat that removing my body requires heavy equipment and house modifications.

I’m really starting to like that Vivek Ramaswamy guy. I can’t understand why he’s doing so poorly in the polls though. What am I missing about him? Maybe Trump could have him as a VP?
