awesome, slow. glad that thing is running right now. i can’t believe how much of a bitch it was on that, i would think it’d be alot simpler than a LT1/LS1. i had 2 price quotes on my c4 to have it done and it was in the $600 range.

i just wanted a price quote. when i bought the car i told the dealer i wanted new wires and they agreed. when i picked it up it wasnt done and they gave me hassle about it. i just took it two to shops to see how hard it was to do (because if the dealer wouldnt do it, i wanted to try it myself). they said it was a bitch and they would charge $600 for it. and one other place said the same thing. i cant imagine spending that one plugs / wires…its crazy, but i guess it is kinda a bitch to do. but i ended up finding the paper w/ the terms of sale and the dealer had to do it.

they are a little tough on most cars now. On my sho you had to take the intake off and a bunch of other little things.

It just irritates me when someone can’t do basic maintenace on their own vehicles. pet peeve of mine. :slight_smile:

I hear ya.

I take my car into the shop if something is wrong but a simple tune up/oil change/other small shit I do in my garage. If you can’t do basic maintenance, why get a car?
