I’m surprised it took a week, but the first lawsuit is in… and it’s not even from the victim’s family. I really am disappointed in the people of this country sometimes.

I hope those people not only lose the lawsuit but lose their jobs for taking time off to sue… That is if they have jobs anyway. If that was in buffalo half of the people would not be employed and thats a sad fact…

Walmart could only do so much in the situation. It’s the assholes that were doing the trampling. What did they expect, Walmart employees with Kevlar and pepper spray (Located in sporting goods)?
And if they did anything to stop or slow them from coming in, I’m sure you would hear the lawsuits about them using force or aggressiveness on them.
Shit like this is going to be the end of Black Friday.
