I recently sold my 330i zhp- just wasn’t what I hoped it would be, and like many former M3 owners, I’ll be looking to get back into an M again eventually.
During the short lived ownership, I had gotten work done on it by them. As I had expected it was done to a perfect standard and at a reasonable price in my mind. The new owner had wanted to get a PPI done and had chosen blackforest as his shop of choice- both on his research and on my recommendation as well. The prospective owner had even mentioned that he called another shop for a PPI quote and received a terrible response/ experience from that particular shop. I did not have plates on my car upon getting the PPI done as I was no longer driving the car. It would have been nothing more than an annoyance if I would he had to get the car all the way back to my house in Hamburg after the PPI, and then eventually have to drive the new owner all the way out there as well upon picking them up from the airport. Something that I would not have really expected, Jason said it would be no problem at all for me to be able to just keep the car at the shop while I went through the selling process with the prospective buyer. He could have easily told me that I had to come get the car out of his lot, which would have been fine, but being able to keep it there helped a lot. When I find myself back into a German car- hopefully another e36 M3 sooner than later- I won’t even hesitate to question where I would take the car to have work done- that is work that I can’t tackle myself
Thanks again Jason
Hats off to your shop and their service- which has also left a great impression on the new owner as well.
