Blackworm Virus

I keep gettin this error which seems to me as a Popup that just wont go away. But anyways it says that I may have been affected by the Blackworm Virus, I normally just close this box away, so when I do, It pop’s up a Popup screen for Winfix 2006.
Anyone know how to remove this, I use three things right now to stop pop-up’s, So im not sure as to how this keeps sneaking by.

i had that virus last week, and after learning about it i decided it was time to just suck it up and pay the $70 to renew my mcafee package for spyware, virus scan, and firewall…

supposedly this blackworm seeks out and deletes any saved documents you may have…word, notepad, etc…and pictures i think too…
