Blue tint..

Ok on most of the newer model BMW’s and Mercedes that have a very slight blue tint to there windows. I was wondering if that is something i can do to my heap and where?

any one have any clues?

i think its UV tint…not sure…contact Rainbow maybe they can help

rice-a-roni

For real. What’s the point? Decrease visibility?

^ if you guys knew what i was talking about , it is not ricey at ALL by any means. It is hardly even noticable. Why dont you tell Mercedes and BMW they are ricey because they put an extream light blue tint on there vehicals.

keyword, mercedes and bmw’s:pimp: not toyota’s;)

just fooking around, from what i know the “tint” is actually sandwitched between the glass…but thats all i know

yea i think its for UV protection…i know rainbow has it but i think theirs is clear not blue…call and ask

Rainbow has it.

Then why do it?

^ nice small touch

call them up. I’ve seen cars that have had it done there over the years. I dunno just how light they go, but IIRC most places have upto 90% (10% of light is blocked), so You might be in luck.

Blue tint, carbon fiber… we’re starting to worry about j00 :stuck_out_tongue:

IMO waste of money. Do something that people will notice or something to increase speed. Worry about the small stuff when the good stuff is finished.
Thats why they call it, finishing touches.

Just my opinion though.

ehh not worth it during shity winter time.

and besides i like my whole warenty thing

ahhahahahahahahah
:word: to nik too

we are worried adam, dont let us down.

Throw on som 15% tints. those r hot.

I thought all cars had this now?

F&%* All these people, it’s your car, not theirs…

I am probably going to get a VERY light tint job on the EVO…

I just want something just noticeable…

iam getting my windows tinted but thats because i dont like people being able to see the mess in my car

my TB is tinted for a similar reason. far darker then what he’s looking at tho.

lol… do you mean like a 1993 baretta “blue” tint? peeling included?

IF I was to get tints, I’d go with mirror. And before anyone says it… NO not the cheesy shit that looks chrome… it’s black but more reflective. Even like 60% still looks dark as hell, but isnt illegal as far as I know. My buddy has it on his car and it looks real sharp
