I have a 94 bmw 325i with an ls1 in it. I upgraded the diff with 3.73LSD with 40%lock up. I hear the M3 axles are stronger and im curious what i need to do for the swap? I already have the M3 spindles but im curious if i will need different wheel barrings for the M3 axels or are they the same size? Any info would be great. Last pic is of the M3 spindles… sorry its so big haha.

IIRC you need e36 M3 trailing arms, axles, and stubs (which you already have).
I have a complete set of those parts sitting here if you need a source.
Did you use the vorshlag kit? nash? Or do something custom?

I would double check, but I believe the 96+ 328 has the same axles as the M3 so they should be easy to find and bolt to the M3 spindles you have, I’m not sure about the hubs.
When I put an M3 diff into my 97 328ic it bolted right in with no other parts needed.
