why not, bidding is a binding contract. as long as you meet him in person. have him bring a copy of his drivers license.
maybe tell him there will be a 2 week hold on the check to ensure it clears. reference nigeria scams and how you dont want it to happen to you.
Its not as much what he’s asking, more so the way he’s asking it. I responded with “Call me and we can discuss your concerns” and haven’t heard back from him.
