Border on pictures?

Is there anyway, by using Iphoto on a mac to put a colored border around my pictures like a lot of people do on here? I cannot find how to do it anywhere

Not 100% positive but I think most people use photoshop to do it. I love how it looks too, but I don’t have any good programs on my laptop :frowning:

actually…I just found this out…you can do it by using photo bucket…

thanks, It looks good to the untrained eye (which I have) but when some of the other photo gurus (micah,paulo ect) look at it I bet they can tear it apart.
