Boss is selling a car to a friend......quick question

your question is loaded and stupid… I never said it’s wouldn’t hold up in court as proof she signed the piece of paper, I said it doesn’t make a contract legally binding. so fuck you.

If had some notepaper that says you’re an asshole notarized, does it mean that legally you’re now an asshole.

good example, that’s the exact same thing :bloated:.

I’m interested in legally being an Asshole, that would mean I’m one up on all the other assholes out there!

X…

You really don’t have to attack everyone like they are the asshole. Not trying to pick a fight just stating you seam very angry

I pretty much only have a one person shit list right now.

I like the idea of “giving” her the car and then giving her a personal loan. Title is then in her name so anything stupid she does with the car is then her problem. A personal loan takes care of the issues of “well the car blew it’s engine a month after I bought it so I’m not paying anymore” too. You didn’t buy a car from me, you got a personal loan. And it should be even easier to find some generic personal loan document for both parties to sign.

Theres a difference?

I’ll make it easier: define:legally binding - Google Search

I love how angry you get.

when did anyone imply otherwise? Or was this simply a weak pot-shot @ my old job requirement?

DON’T YOU KNOW ANYTHING?? IT DOESN’T MEAN ANYTHING IF SHE SIGNS IT!!1!!!ONE
