I got my offer in the first night on the first day it was offered.
Had three more potential offers coming in, but when they found out there was already an offer, they backed out!
I got the phone call tonight that they accepted my first offer, no bullshit, no counter offers! Having no contingencies helped me out as they had lost a previous house a year ago due to them. :tup:
