The taxes in this state were hands down the reason I cannot buy a house at this point in time. The 650 a month is easy, but 200 a month in taxes on top of that are just a little too much on one income.

SONYMA gave me 5 grand towards closing.

Paid all my fees, paid the attorney and home inspection, paid the taxes for a year, and paid insurance for a year. I walked from close with a check for 500 bucks, I came out of pocket with 1100 bucks.
