what are you using to strip the frame, wire wheel on a drill?
4" angle grinder with the big twisted wire wheels and an assortment of metal grinding wheel and flap disks. The above long section of frame before and after was just with the twisted wire wheel.
how well does that work?
It works extremely well on large flat areas from my experience.
Watch out on thin metal though, it will chew right through it :lol
Yeah high RPM grinder with a wire wheel is brutal. The tool does all the work and FAST.
cleans rust off in SECONDS bro. What do you need to strip? I recommend the wire brush if its thin metal as the flap disks and grinder will eat right through it before you know what happened.
