yea man, I will get there. I took the time to grind a bevel in every single piece of steel on the bridge, I wanted the weld to sink in and really penetrate good. I tried to get it in the pics, dunno if you could tell. Once I’m done on this side I’m going to flip it over again and weld all the bottom, plus maybe a few gussets. I got some ideas rollin around in my head about that damn body mount area, I don’t like the way it looks with just the end cap, I think i’m goign to cut some shit up and mold it up to replicate a factory perch LOL.
yeah i saw the bevels… good work! That frame is going to be a tank! Are you going to body drop it a little while you have it off? Not saying cut the floors and shit just make custom mounts that are a little shorter than the stockers.
nah, it’s prolly not gonna lay all that low anyway… should lay in the back pretty good but the front will prolly have too much spring in it

Gotta re-do part of my bridge… the pipes I welded in as cylinder guides are not large enough. Here is the size I picked up today that should work and not bind the cylinder at extreme angles.

I got my bridge re-done last night, and also finished cutting out plates. Got a few of them bent up too, and marked for trimming. Time for another sheet of 3/16.
