That was awesome, its amazing to think of the people who are able to destory building in such a confined space.
now i understand that the new owner of the property pays to destroy the building to build on it as they like…
but, who in their right mind would spend the THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars that went into that elaborate free display/show before and during the destruction? Maybe it’s the new owner advertising that there’s gonna be something sweet and new here, and this is a taste of its sweetness…but, it’s gonna take over a year for anything to be finished and built there…and a year from then, i dont think people are gonna say “hey remember those sweet fireworks…ya know, like the ones we see every week in vegas? yeah, they make me wanna go spend money there in that new building…”
i just dont get how the person paying for that display will ever benefit from it…ever, but maybe that’s why i’m not in the business or advertising industry
but to me, from a business point of view (or at least my uneducated business view), it seems a waste?
When I was there this January it was suppose to go down that weekend. Wonder what the hold up was…
