Buisness Question?

I ordered a dvd from holland speedway. purchased in early august. I JUST GOT IT NOW!!! Come to find out its a VHS tape and that it runs out of tape with 40 some odd laps left to go.

is it okay for me to bitch online about it?

Should i have to be a guy that has to call them and remind them that i made an order through therm?

Or as them as a buisness should they just do there job?

i obviously called them now after all of this but i dont feel the right to have to call a local buisness to remind them of my order.

And does someone not check these tapes before they send them out?

I’'d say give them a chance to make it right and fast, otherwise I’d bash them.

yeah really. they are all about money. I raced a season there. the pits are immaculant, concrete to work on, power outlet with every stall. Other then that its ran poorly.
