so ive been looking for years and still havnt really found a after market steering wheel hub and quick release fitment specific to the c5 corvette. i have talked to some and some say its bc they dont make one and a wheel will bolt right up to the stock assy.
friend of mine had one on his C5 and it was an NRG hub i believe.
after you pull the stock wheel off and assuming you don’t want to weld anything, you need an adapter that has the correct spline for the stock column and then it is 6 screws to attach the QR to the hub adapter and then 6 more to attach the steering wheel to the QR
not sure if i get what your asking, but hub has to be for your car, which it seems you have found, quick release is not a car specific part but make sure that the quick release/hub/steering wheels all have the same bolt set up, like for example momo bolt pattern. most of the quick releases/hubs now days have multi-patterns though so they will fit everything.
there are typically “trim plates” on the side of your steering wheel. you pop those off and then unbolt the airbag and disconnect the electrical connection
