Its almost hard to believe you can lose weight that way :lol
Not losing weight, just losing girth and gaining muscle. Lets just say that Alan kinda knows what he is doing!
AND, I get 1 cheat meal a week (whatever I want), and I normally get drunk on Sat nights, ha (extra calories)
Def need to eat healthier and drink less
Yeah i hear drinking will fuck up your regimen BADD
PERFECT!
Not really, for the most part it’s just extra calories. I’m sure if you wouldent have fun trying to lift hungover though, ha.
Alright I’m off. Rays car needs my attention!
:lol :nod
Yeah me too…later man
call me tomorrow adam
Will do nig nog
Leg pressing 1000 is asking for injury. I’ve done it a few times but after the ACL tear, it’s not happening.
I was stuck at 39XLBS bench for a while. I had to take some time off and re-go for it to get it. Personal best is 435 X 2.5 or so. The key is to work on the supporting muscles. My chest could do it but not the forearms. Also, get someone to lift with you. Push yourself on that last rep that you don’t think you can do. I’ve seen way too many people do 225 X 10 but can’t get 275 X 3. They just aren’t used to the weight. If your goal is 315, try 350 or so and just feel the weight. You don’t need to do it but feel it.
Yeah thats my thing, im not used to alot of weight, so im kinda stuck at where im at. Ive heard doing the decels with more weight and having someone help you up with it helps alot. Props on your 435 bench too dude!! Fuckin nuts
The only real forearm workout i know of is the one where you clentch the two bars together and squeeze them(hard to explain, but I know what it is :lol) and i think reverse preacher will also do it. Any others??
Wtf’s deadbeat been…hes a big mofo, we need some more input :lmao
Get a partner and always do a set that’s well over your goal just so you get used to it. I made major gains when I had a partner that pushed me to do that rep. Without that person, it’s easy to give up. Also, you gain muscle when you rest. Being a gym rat 5-7 days a week is ridiculous. Do your reps and get out.
I typically work out 4 days a week. There for 1hr to 2hrs dependin on the day
I’m in there for about 75 minutes, and thats with only 1 minute rest times on most exercises, and 30 seconds on some :nuts
I knew it was at your house ;D
