got a B17 that im lookin to throw some buddy club racing spec IV cams

Specs:Cam lift: IN 12.3mm EX 11.8mm Duration: IN 306 EX 302
IN 37 BTDC (1mm OPEN) 52 ABDC (1mm OPEN)
EX 62 BBDC (1mm OPEN) 32 ATDC (1mm OPEN)

Skunk2 S2 manifold as well as a skunk2 megapower catback
will most likely run hondata s100

would i need to run adj cam gears for better tuning options or would staying OE be better?

In most cases with aftermarket cams you need the gears to degree them in

would those be a decent cam for a quick little power gain?

Im not real familiar with Honda cams. It seems as though they have a decent lift to them

Yes with aftermarket cams your going to want adjustable cam gears for tuning
