Does anyone have some sort of discounts on tires? I’ve got a hernia in one of my tires. The quote i got is ~210 bucks. Ive got Continental Contact Pro 235/45/17. Can somebody please help me out in the Albany/Saratoga area? Any help is appreciated.

I’m not sure if your price includes mount and balance, but with shipping from Tirerack, mounting and balancing it should come out cheaper then your quote. I’ll still ask around. Try JVG.

tirerack looks to be 123 +15 shipping, total of 138, call it 140, mounting and balancing is like what 10 bucks? so call it a 155 with tax and all that crap. better than 210

I think mounting and balancing runs a little more than that, but if you can get a deal on that, then yeah about 10$, it takes just a few minutes.

a mount and balance should be about $15-$20. if you are around on friday give me a ring. my buddy works at warren tire, i might be able to accommodate you for free on the mount.

it helps if you have the wheel off the car, usually cheaper. Try JD Tire on central, ask for travis hes a buddy of mine and a good guy when it comes to that stuff.

p.s. if i still worked at adirondack id do it for free and you get you a tire at cost…

I got 2 continentals in that size in my basement. they have about 30% treadlife left… I was saving them for something but I dont recall why… :ponder $40 and they’re yours
