Done. If she’s hoping for open office support she’s not going to like my answers though. Open office floorplans SUCK and thankfully corporate America is starting to realize that.
All of my office staff has their own office… with door.
I just found out there is a thing now called “fluid gender”. Meaning some days you’re a girl and some days you’re a boy.
Wtf is wrong with America.
This is excellent.
Gender fluidity is a very serious issue. (warning NWS if people around are afraid to hear the word vagina)
We just went to an open floor plan. It’s… distracting.
Everyone tried to copy west coast offices with a very different culture and apply it to every other business.
Done. If she would like assistance with a job search let me know. My previous employer had a largish interior design office
I love being able to talk to my coworkers from my seat.
If people are annoying me I just slap in some headphones.
The new vacation movie was shockingly funny.
Agreed. Very much exceeded expectations.
it’s not just an american thing… when people can’t make their lives significant in any way they make up reasons to identify themselves as significant and not caring about their faux-significance makes you insensitive.
This is how everyone gets a standing desk and no walls
Liberalism is a disease.
I have an open environment and it’s very distracting when I’m trying to stay on task. Even with headphones. People still do their “walk ups” for help.
Done.
Done.

I didn’t take it cause I work from home but maybe I should to destroy open offices. When my last job went to one it resulted in me going from having an office on the 22nd floor overlooking the baseball field that I could close the door til 11 am every day, to long tables with people every 3 feet and somebody across from you, that were first-come first-served every day, and since I’m not an early morning person I would end up near the offshore people with their stinky ass food, or sitting across from a nose picker trying to work with that going on in front of me all day.

Fuck open offices. I’m in a big office with a counterpart on an opposing shift and it’s enough.
