Can you run someone over if they pretend to pull a gun on you?

I find it funny when people “take the high road” when it comes to threads like this. The ironic part is that I bet the majority of people criticizing Death, have reacted the same way before.

I wouldn’t run him over unless he actually pulled the gun.

I definitely don’t allow people to make shitty traffic moves like that.

The “I’m better than you” mentality is the worst; it’s the reason for volume delays. (Drivers waiting until the last minute to cut over on the 290/90 interchange, riding the shoulder to get ahead and cut in front of everyone at the 198/33 etc.)

Is there anything more satisfying than moving over to block that guy?

considering all the fucked up people in the world, i wouldve ignored the fact that he was trying to get ahead of you right from the start to avoid all of this crap. what difference does 1 car length make in where you have to go? there are some pretty messed up people with some serious road rage out there. back in highschool i did alot of stupid crap. i was a couple friends driving my moms car, and this guy was tailgating me in a passing zone so i went slower and slower. when he went to pass, i put it to the floor lol. got to the light and he got out of his car with a crowbar. was i sticking around? fuck no i made a right turn and got outta there. i dont fuck with people anymore on the roads after that. i like to drive like a sane person now, of course with the random burnout once in a while and the parking lot drift when theres snow.

i think youre at fault for the whole situation. but no i would say its not ok to run someone over if they act like they pulled a gun out. if they were shooting then yea if they got in the way, but theres a chance youre still getting in trouble for it with how messed up the system is.

99% of the time a situation like this arises for me, I just let the person “work” for it. Meaning I’m not out to beat him to the end, but its all to easy to kinda pace someone effortlessly when they are in your average sedan or truck and really have to make them floor it. But in the end I always let up to let them get in and that way they are not tail gating you or end up following you or anything.

I seen that all the time.

" Its better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6 "

pic of these possible man killing bare hands or ban =P

Same story.

HAHA, I was thinking this. Maybe if a woman completely panicked and ran the guy over, and then cried the whole time in court.

The title was more for literary purposes than anything else folks.

If the guy was rushing to the hospital and got out to do what he did, he deserves to be run over. I can’t even believe you argued that.

Obviously I would get manslaughter. Or the precedent would be set that you can kill anyone and say that they were pretending to pull out a gun.

Yup. Exactly.

LOL, that would have been classic. I had this old guy standing on the side of the road a few years ago that decided to start waving both of his hands downward in a motion for me to slow down (I was maybe doing 35 in a 30 but accelerated hard to 35) I looked at him then tossed both of my hands up in a “raise the roof” motion to counter his two hands waving down. He beacame very angry and tried to throw something at me. Made my week.

How is following traffic laws instigating? That is like saying me going through a green light was me instigating a guy who ran a red light.

As mentioned in court you would get hung for running over someone who pulled a fake gun on you. Which sucks because it is such a double standard as a cop can fire on someone who has a probable weapon.

I would have been laughing the entire time, I hate people, especially people with no comment sense or regard to others. Awh I miss you.
