So I got my self a Wii and will be getting the Hi Def cables in about a week. Problem is I also have a 360 and I want both to use the single Hi Def port in the back of my TV.
Do they sell splitters to allow two Hi def devices to use one port?
It’s not a splitter; it’s called a Switcher, and yes they sell them. Just look for a switcher for the type of connection you are using; 2 ports normally run $50 give or take for component/HDMI switchers.

As for Wii it’s component, but it’s near impossible to get. It’s also only 480p though keep that in mind.
it came with standard input cables. and my TV is only 480
