I bought a Widescreen HDTV yesterday.
The video quality comiung off my PS2 Sucks.
I thought this would look a hell of alot better, But it dont.
My prgressive scan dont work either.
Anyone have any ideas?

Yep, you need the component cables to make it look good. When I switched from the s-video to component on my PS2 hooked up to my HD 51" Sony I couldn’t believe the difference. There are usually some good deals for the cables on Ebay.
Cable quality makes a big difference too.
go pick up some component cables from Best Buy… I think I got a 12ft cable for like 40 bux.

Progressive scan doesn’t work on anything but component.

i got some monster HD cables and a fiber optic for the sound from my PS@…shit looks great
yeah, go with the glue, green and red… they should be about 59.99. Using the component will help a lot. At least use S video if anything.
honestly… im usuing the shitty xbox component cables that came with my 360 on my 61" dlp and it looks great
the 19.99 ps2 component cables will work fine
buick i doubt some of the smaller cable companies do ps2 cables… i could be wrong though, i never looked into it
What overpriced ones at BB? I got some off brand for like 30 bux for a 12 foot cable.
