Evens cops love pulling people over for shit. i was pulled over on the way to work for my workd ID badge and Air Freshener hanging from my rearview mirror. he told me to take them off and let me go with a warning.
There’s one or two assholes who pull you over for the dumbest shit ever. But the rest of the department is pretty awesome. I’ve had my fair share of run ins with them. Not because of things I’ve done, just in general. It’s pretty much the same in every town though, you have one or two officers who think they’re working in the roughest neighborhood around.
Plus it was on the thruway, so I’m guessing it was a trooper, and not an evan’s officer.
