ok so i got a 93 ka twin cam engine put into my 90 240sx, it will not start without a boost, the battery it holding its charge, so im kinda of confused as to whats goin on with the car? i had some timing work done to my old engine before swapping it out, maybe a ground or something got sqrewed up? any ideas… and also, after gettin a header and intake instaled on my new engine, how come my old stock single cam engine seemed so much faster :rolleyes:
Who performed the swap? What is there take on the situation?
Al’s did the swap, the car is accually still there, they havent really figured it out yet… im hoping to hear something tommorow :roll:
hahah theres your answer hahaha sorry seriosly though you should make sure the car is running perfect before you take it!!! they did the swap therefore it should be there responsibilty to make sure that the car is in perfect running order when there done.
something wrong with al’s?.. :roll: he said they clened up the grounds and everything and it starts now, so hopfully that was my problem :?
if your paying someone to do it, why worry about it. Let them figure it out.
i have a problem with al’s!!! they like to kink oil feed lines on turbos so that when u drive 5 hours for a drift comp u cant even compete cuz ur turbo got oil starved!

Check your main accessory fuse in the engine compartment.
