firing order???.. getting spark an all 4??? is it thinking about starting at all…or trying …it gas going into the motor do you just here it turn on and going into the rail??
shoot some staring fluid in there and “crank that” if that bitch starts you know you not getting fule if it still does not start no spark even with the order not right it should still try
also check the gap on your plugs mabye you made it to big for the turbo ?
if your getting fule and spark it should be trying to start
You sure all the grounds are ok?
I know civics get bitchy of the ground on the head isn’t there.
firing order of the plugs or grounds. There should be a ground on the valve cover and one on the tranny, and 2 pesky ones on the thermostat housing.

the ones on the thermostat are a bitch it took me a day to figure out thats why my car wouldnt start lol
Recheck your firing order NOW
EDIT: this is assuming you DO have a base map for your new BIG injectors right?

starting fluid… just try it… if it does not try to start no sparky… if it starts and rns for like 5 sec no gas getting in there
i told him to take all 4 out and check them … w/ spark there should be no problem… it should atleast try to start
i know how to check for spark carb cleaner didnt help either…
yeah its got spark
spark and gas it should try to start
i’m going to double check the firing order.
