Bring the 2J please!
I ran into some issues with the -10 oil return line rubbing on the steering column so I had to re route it up front directly into the pan. This is such a better way of routing the line, it created more room behind and under the turbo and allows the heat to escape better.
First I had to drill and tap the pan with a 1/2’’ NPT
I then test fit a plug I would be using for the block since that location would no longer used
Re sealed the pan and put it back on the motor to dry
Then I had to shorten the -10 line so it would fit in its new location
I also had made a catch can earlier and wanted to finish routing all the vents so I used the existing block vent under the exhaust manifold and ran a hose to -8/barb fitting and wrapped it behind the motor.
Plugged the block
Hose to barb to -8
I will update more as soon as I can!
fire sleeve, get on that!
Insane workmanship,super cool!
build die or something?
Thinking about selling… I haven’t worked on this car in so long! If anyone is interested in anything email me at chad.dugan@hotmail.com
is the car done?
It was running a while back, never got around to finishing the little details or getting a tune. I would love to finish it but just don’t have the motivation for it anymore.
This is a sick car, easily the best 240sx in Ontario.
I hope it doesn’t go to States.
GLWS Chad!
