I forget, where exactly are you from? You Russian or Ukrainian? We lived in Borislav, which is about 650km south west from Chernobyl (400 miles).
I’m from Moscow and didn’t travel much outside of the greater Metro area besides Sochi on the black sea every summer by train.

Yeah they were lol. I was born in June 87, this happened in April of 86. But my my older siblings definitely remember this as they were 7, 9, and 10.

Pripyat is very interesting to me, definitely a place I’d visit. Chernobyl is a very important part of history.
And will continue to be for at least few hundred years. :rofl
