OP, your tree setup reminds me of Home Alone…where the Wet Bandit comes in through the window next to the tree and steps on all the ornaments. Watch out for the Wet Bandits.

I have 2 cats, neither one touches the tree or godzillas the village. Amazingly they don’t mess with any decorations or wires either

No kids, and i only have a total of 8 presents so those are sitting in my spare room.
