There’s no way our founding fathers could have forseen the technology driven society we live in today, with issues like multinational corporations paying no tax by basing their operations in the Caymen Islands and Dubai. There’s no way they could have forseen investment banks bundling subprime mortgages into securities and selling them as A+ rated, essentially duping people out of millions, if not billions of dollars. If you’re claiming they could have forseen these kinds of things, then I just don’t know what else to say to you.
