We are the largest exclusively Nissan 240sx car club in Canada, and
growing everyday. SON240sx and our sister club NEO240sx were
spawned from the 240sx Club of Canada in April of 2001.
The 240sx Club of Canada was started for the purpose of uniting 240sx
owners and enthusiasts. The club gives these people a place to share
information, swap parts, and most important of all to have fun talking
about the machines we have all come to love.
The 240sx Club of Canada originated out of the 240sx.org mailing list.
The list consisted of a small group of devoted enthusiasts that needed a
place to ask questions, and find the right answers. Chris Chan, along with
about ten others who came from Ottawa, Toronto, Hamilton and even
Buffalo, New York started to communicate on a regular basis and in a
short time the club grew and the first 240sx meet was planned.
The first official meet was held in Niagara Falls in September 9th 2000.
With only six Canadian 240sx members present at the time, the 240sx
Club of Canada was established. The meet was a great success, and
since then has become an annual tradition. Today SON240sx is among
the premier import car clubs in Eastern Canada, and an adamant
supporter of the growing Canadian drift scene.
Mission:
At SON240SX we acknowledge that our members are primarily young
men and women between the ages of 17-26 and take great pride in their
ownership of a 240sx. This pride of ownership combined with a devoted
involvement in the club is expressed through responsible tuning and an
ever-courteous demeanor towards fellow members, those affiliated with
our club and the Canadian import car scene in general.
We at SON240sx aim to enrich the lives of one another through the
sharing of time and resources. This enrichment stems from a common
interest and shared enthusiasm for the Nissan 240sx.
