directx is was updated yesterday…
I uninstalled (again) and I’ll reinstall.
thats odd man, it’s deffinitly got to be a bug on their end then. There’s no reason why it shouldn’t be starting
one last ditch effort, try running it again. Wait a few mins then go to start>run: “Eventvwr.msc” and look at “applications” under the “Windows Logs” folder (this is on vista, don’t know off hand for XP but it should have a similar layout)
Then look for a log from call of duty, it should show an error if there is one. Post it back here when you get it… might shed some light on whats going on with it
to the august release? it just does absolutely nothing? open task manager and see if it even makes the attempt. i know it’s not the vid card as my 6600gt ran it. as did my p4 3.0. when i get home from work i’ll check some things for you.
Theres so many bugs for the PC version of this game its disgusting
runs fine here… beta was buggy
Yea runs fine for me as well but alot of people arent happy with it.
