This thing is meant to be with someone who cooks. I live on beer/pizza and she eats cereal.

Just a friendly caution that commercial ranges/hoods sometimes need an outside air supply due to their btu output and also can radiate much larger amounts of heat than a residential unit. In other words, bad for families with small kids who like to touch “shiny” and for homeowners who aren’t self-insured. (No one would insure my house with a commercial range.)
