I WANNA GO! im not going to spend my life living by “whit if’s” and “maybe’s”… thats my opinion on life and thats how its always been. this looks like a lot of fun and i’ve always been into the whole urbex and climbing and stuff so this would just add to list of things i wanna to have accomplished before i die.
theres 2 options, the stairwell thats on the field side of the building, or one of the joe carts thats on the water side
the stairwell has a total of like 5 stair treads, so pretty much at al times you have a LONG fall if you slip
the joe carts are missing the bottom 3 levels of stairs, so you have to climb up between the silo and the joe cart for a lil bit, then step onto one of the landings and continue up by using teh stairs
DO NOT USE THE STEPS. instead place your feet on the tread stringers below the railings and waddle your way to the top.
The joe carts are a better option because the tread stringers are in decent shape, the steps themselves are SOMEWHAT intact, and even if you fall on the stairs and the steps give way, you have a shorter fall to the next level down
I highly suggest sliding down the stringers in the stairwell on the way out, its a rush, just dont fall and /yourself

hotrodkid, whats the easiest way to get to the third floor of the joe carts?
and which one of the 3 joe carts is the best to climb up?
we went there tonight and couldnt find any easy way up in the joe carts, we werent really sure if there was any other way up besides the carts

i do not have the ability to walk up walls
either cart should be about the same. just hop up onto the first floor of the cart and use the steel outer beams of the cart to climb up, use the side facing the silos so you can brace yourself against the silos if need be
just like a jungle gym

hey hotrodkid…we looked at both jerry/joe cars and i infact made it to the 2nd level and was on my way to the 3rd when i noticed theres no stairs…
it was getting a little dark outside but what i could see it looks like the steps were cut on all floors…i think like 3-4 flights had 1-2 steps left in them.
