my chip is tuned to 14 psi and yes the t25 is maxed with the stock intercooler, wastegate has an extra spring on it, cold air, opend up exhuast, thats about it. it has 267/ 300 torque believe it if you want, i guess youll never believe my other gp will have 350/ 370 when its tuned, i dont care if you believe me or like my GPs, i like it because it looks like hell and it is embarresing for people when i have to blow their doors off with their gf in the car and i must say its pretty comfortable.

you should convert the car to a 94-95 GTP body. not hard at all and it all bolts up. i had a 91 SE auto i was thinking of making into a 95 Wbody and the vented hood. looks good only if done right.
