way too much power for auto x?? what kind of power band do you think this car will have?? i think itd act like a normal s2k in the confines of a small auto x track. i dont rly think ud have enough room for it to spool up and kill the tires. what turbo will you be running again? A/R size?

Yea, your probably right, honestly I have auto x, its not for me… and im running a 6266 with a 1.15 hotside, but being twinscroll I should hit full boost around 5000-5200 RPMS… which I realize doesnt sound great, but with a 95-9800 RPM redline, it outta be a fun ride!
make sure to save your stock throttlebody - you may want it back on once you start driving the car. Many times aftermarket are not as good as oem - especially for driving around town. I am hoping it has a brass throttle plate too.

i went back to a stock tb too. way better drivability. 6266, thats a nice turbo. t4 or t3 hotside? i have a few 6266s laying around here somewhere lol
Yea, I know, I am going to keep mine for awhile to make sure all is well, people have had really good luck with this particular throttle body, guess we will see how it goes…
T4 Divided 1.15 A/R
Just ordered almost all my paint, gotta call around for a few of the things we will need to see if I can get a better price… but I talked to my body guy today, he will be ready for the car March 1st, and expects a 3 week turnaround… then its time to attempt putting this thing back together!

More parts! Got my Full Blown catch can and Throttle body today, all I can say is QUALITY… still trying to figure out where I want the catch can mounted… but the throttle body I tossed on and snapped some pics!
Oh, and Pang just emailed me tracking numbers, my turbo kit will be here next Wednesday!! so pumped for that!

OKAY, so the car is officialy going to the body shop March 1st, they told me three weeks to finish, I told them to take 5 haha Also, turbo setup finally came in, and I got the block all painted up, really happy with how it is coming together, couple pictures I snapped with my iPhone

Got more parts today, dual tial MVS wastegates! got them all mounted up along with the dump tubes, got my bungs for the catch can setup mocked up where I want them, way they are set the back line will be directly next the the front line and also uses the stock PCV location…also mocked up the intercooler/piping, radiator, and mounted the full blown catch can… the way this stuff all comes together is seriously PERFECT… I love it…
And I got the rest of my paint stuff
Car goes to the body shop tomorrow, I also have some cool ideas for how I am going to run my SS lines for the radiator and catch can I am going to start working on

every time i see a 4 cyl radiator it seems weird, so used to seeing big cube V8 radiators that are twice as wide. seems like it shouldn’t work. but less coolant needs less space to cool.
