Coreys s2000 build

I enjoy the progress. One thing I do not like is the cutting up of the car’s fenders. Not my cup of tea, but that is the reason why it is your car and not mine.

Also, 500whp and trapping only 120? Seems like an inflated dyno,no?

Correct me anywhere I’m wrong. FWIW, my old evo9 in Florida made 510whp and weighing 3300 lbs with me in it and went 10.86@ 129.

Who are you?

^—:lol

coming along great. where is the brake master going?

i spy a new hood.

Yes its very low trap, I was running bias ply rears and radial fronts with stupid camber wear… it was frightening and I had to lift a lot, and the fendders are cut to make the widened over fenders actually useful and not just a cosmetic peice…

LMAO, when I first read it I thought it was you lmao

Thanks buddy! Master is going in its stock location, its just taped off in the picture, I will be running a boosterless setup tho

You sure do! quite a few new body peices this year actually!

Lookin’ good so far, Corey!

Thanks Jim!

Just one picture of todays progress, smoothing the frame rail, shock tower, and front filler peices on the passenger side!

this is a badass build. cant wait to c the finished product!!

Thanks man! Good to get positive feedback on such a demanding project, keeps me going!

This is one of the few threads i enjoy opening. Props to you man i cant wait to see the finished project!!!

Thanks man! A lot more done today, the bay is about 85 percent complete, I’d say two more solid days of body work and it will be in its final primer before paint

Got the crossmember int his week, and got almost all the All Metal filler done, only thing left is to run over everything with a high performance filler then get the car in its last layer of primer! I am beyond happy with how things are coming out…

As previously mentioned, Correy. Looks awesome!

Holy lots of work going on. I can’t wait to see the final results of all of this. And this is coming from a guy who hates Hondas.

Thanks punkin

Yea buddy! Coming a longg way!

Thanks man! I cant either, glad you can appreciate hard work over personal preference in vehicle makes!

No problem skeeter.

Looks good! I had about 50 hours into shaving the bay before paint in my civic. Well worth it though.
